* Zensutyru specializes in apparel including T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies.

* We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

* All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

* We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiry dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure gateways (such as Razorpay). By choosing to purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment processor. We do not store your credit card or UPI pin details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs will be displayed at the time of checkout. While we strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframes, Zensutyru is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy [Read below] governs the process for returning products and receiving refunds. Please review it before making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including logo, designs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Zensutyru. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zensutyru shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or products.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

Zensutyru follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. REFUND AND CANCELLATION

At Zensutyru, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

* Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please email us at sutairu.mise@gmail.com or use the "Cancel Order" button in your account dashboard.

* After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the Return process after receiving the product.

2. Returns & Exchanges

* Window: We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

* Conditions: To be eligible, the T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt must be:

* Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

* In its original packaging with all Zensutyru tags still attached.

* Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like masks or innerwear (if added later) are non-returnable. Sale items are only eligible for exchange, not refunds.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

4. Refund Process

* Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

* Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) used during checkout.

* Timeline: For payments made via Razorpay, the refund usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

5. Return Shipping

* Standard Returns: For general returns (e.g., "don't like the fit"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

* Defective Products: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Zensutyru will cover all shipping costs.

shipping and delivery

At Zensutyru, we strive to deliver your favorite apparel in the quickest time possible. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

* All orders for T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are processed within 1–2 business days.

* Orders are not processed or shipped on saturdays and Sundays or National Holidays.

* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during festive seasons or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

* Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹[ 999].

* Flat Rate: For orders below ₹[999], a flat shipping fee of ₹[50] will be applied at checkout.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

* Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.

* Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

* Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

* If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at sutairu.mise@gmail.com

* If the courier marks the order as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can raise a dispute with the logistics partner.
